• Discounts are applicable to base fares greater than $125 USD/CAD each way.
• Round trip travel is required.

American Airlines

To receive a 5% discount on your fare book online and use Promotion Code 9942DJ. There are no ticketing fees if you make your reservation this way.

Or, call AA Meeting Services at 1.800.433.1790 (6:00 a.m. - Midnight Central Time) or your local travel agency and refer to the Authorization Code 9942DJ to receive your discount. A reservation service charge of $25 USD per ticket, subject to change, will apply for tickets purchased through the services desk.

Discount Fares are valid for round-trip travel on American Airlines, American Eagle® and AmericanConnection® from anywhere in the United States and Canada to your meeting destination.

Fares are per person in USD, and exclude PFCs, fuel, security and custom charges, immigration charges, taxes or any other charges which may apply and must be added at the time of ticketing. For tickets issued in Canadian dollars (CAD), conversion occurs at the time of ticketing.

AirTran Airways
