By booking with a COLLABORATE 12 hotel, you’ll receive some of the best room night rates in Las Vegas, as well as support from the COLLABORATE team with your reservation. Additionally, COLLABORATE hotel blocks help to offset event costs — that allows us to invest registration dollars in the things you ask for, like a better dining experience, more networking opportunities, and, of course, the chance to bring you the best and brightest speakers in the application and technology community. * COLLABORATE 12 hotel rooming block exemption is applicable to an attendee who resides and/or works within Clark County, Nevada. Local attendees are exempt from having to stay at a hotel in order to receive the hotel discount off conference registration; simply indicate that you are local when prompted and provide a local address.

** For conference registration discount based on COLLABORATE hotel occupancy, COLLABORATE organizers reserve the right to charge the full rate if hotel reservations are canceled.

Please note:

• All rooms are single or double occupancy and are subject to Clark County room tax of 12%.
• Rates include a non-negotiable daily resort fee ($7.50-$9.95).
• Inclusions and amenities are subject to change without notice.
• A deposit for one night (room and tax) will be charged at the time of booking.
• Hotel reservations can be made starting November 7.
• Online reservations: Attendees are encouraged to make their reservations online through the housing links by Friday, March 23. Any room requests after this date will be subject to availability.
• Telephone: Phone reservations will not be taken.
• One night’s deposit will be charged to your credit card to confirm your room reservation.
• To avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax charge, cancellations must be received by the hotel 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
• Upon completing your reservation, you will receive a Hotel Reservation Acknowledgement number via email.
• When you register for COLLABORATE 12, enter your Hotel Reservation Acknowledgement number when prompted on the registration form to receive the $200 discount for staying in the official COLLABORATE hotel block.
• You will only be able to book one room at a time. If you would like to book more than one room, repeat the process.
• If sharing a room with a colleague, indicate double occupancy when making hotel reservations; the same Hotel Acknowledgement Number may then be applied to up to two conference registrations to receive the $200 discount on each.
