Non-Members Join OAUG Free with COLLABORATE Registration

With your first paid non-member full-conference registration, your organization will be invited to take advantage of an Introductory Corporate Membership in the OAUG. The OAUG Introductory Corporate Membership includes full membership status and is valid for six months. This promotion only applies to User Members. Current or past members of the OAUG are not eligible for this special offer. Attendees who qualify for this special offer will be contacted after COLLABORATE.

Government Employee Registration

The government rate is applicable to state and local government employees, state-owned universities, and Canadian state-owned/private universities which are a government entity. Alumni Discount

Individuals who are employees of OAUG member organizations and have attended the last two consecutive OAUG conferences are eligible for an Alumni Discount of USD $200 off the appropriate registration fee. Please note this applies only to the individual person who has attended and paid the full conference rate for the last two consecutive OAUG conferences (i.e., COLLABORATE 14 and COLLABORATE 15). Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by February 25, 2016 are eligible for a full refund less a $400 processing fee. Cancellations received between February 26, 2016, and March 18, 2016, will receive a 50% refund.
