Cancellation Policy

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by Thursday, February 16, 2017 are eligible for a full refund less a $400 processing fee. Cancellations received between February 17, 2017 and March 29, 2017, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received on or after March 30, 2017. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 according to the following schedule:

February 17 - March 29, 2017     50% refund
On or After March 30, 2017     No Refund

Conference Pass Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice by e-mail or by fax to +1 404.240.0998. After April 2017, all substitutions must be completed on site. Payment for the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.
