Cancellation Policy

2018 Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by Thursday, March 8, 2018 are eligible for a full refund less a $400 processing fee. Cancellations received between Friday, March 9, 2018 and Wednesday, April 18, 2018, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received on or after Thursday, April 19, 2018. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 according to the following schedule:

2018 Conference Pass Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice by e-mail or by fax to +1 404.240.0998. After April 2018, all substitutions must be completed on site. Payment for the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.
