Alumni Discount
Individuals who are employees of OAUG member organizations and have attended the last two consecutive OAUG conferences are eligible for an Alumni Discount of USD $200 off the appropriate registration fee. Please note this applies only to the individual person who has attended and paid the full conference rate for the last two consecutive OAUG conferences (i.e., COLLABORATE 17 and COLLABORATE 18). To take advantage of the Alumni Discount, please contact the OAUG Conference Registration Department via e-mail prior to registering.

2019 Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by Thursday, February 14, 2019, are eligible for a full refund less a $400 processing fee. Cancellations received between Friday, February 15, 2019 and Wednesday, April 3, 2019, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received on or after Thursday, April 4, 2019. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 according to the following schedule:
